How am i suppose to do this kind of stuffs>?

How am I suppose to do all the things? oh my god I am never going to make this blog fancy but i could not make it fancy otherwise ㅠㅠ I'd like to get advises from other people from comment that how should I own this blog and make it fancy? The person who knows how to do this should! tell me please? we are the last class that made the blog. I think this activity is much interesting because I never had a class of making a blog before in a camp or something else...
